716.Details – Company Policy

1. Appointments & No-Show Policy

• All services are by appointment only.

• We do not currently penalize no-shows. However, repeated missed appointments may result in future booking restrictions. We appreciate a heads-up if you need to cancel or reschedule.

2. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required upon completion of services.

• For shop-based services, vehicles will not be released until payment is made in full.

• Accepted payment methods: [insert your payment types — e.g., cash, credit/debit, Venmo, etc.].

3. Mobile Service Policy

• Mobile detailing is available by appointment, weather permitting.

• Mobile services are unavailable during rain or poor weather conditions. We will gladly reschedule or offer to complete your service at our shop.

4. Vehicle Condition & Liability

• Each vehicle is inspected before any service begins.

• Any existing damage is documented for your protection and ours.

• If 716.Details causes any damage during service, we will take full responsibility and reimburse accordingly.

• Please remove personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle. We are not liable for lost or stolen items.

5. Window Tint Warranty

• All tint installations come with a Lifetime Warranty covering:

  • Peeling

  • Bubbling

  • Fading or discoloration

  • Manufacturer defects

• Warranty is void if the film is tampered with or damaged due to misuse or improper care (e.g., rolling down windows within 3-5 days of install).

• We are not liable for any tickets you may get this is a OFF ROAD product only!! 

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

• We stand behind our work. If you’re not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of your service and we’ll do what we can to make it right.
